Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example where the product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard Delivery is £2.99 and Express Delivery is £3.49. Orders include tracking where available. Delivery times can be affected by the carrier and by circumstances outside our control.
Cancellation
Under UK consumer law you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Goods must be unused and in a resaleable condition. To cancel, contact us using the details below.
Returns and refunds
Returns are handled as set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

BootBiotics is a deodorising spray for footwear. It is for external use on footwear only and is not a medical product. Please read the label before use and keep out of reach of children. We aim to describe our products accurately, but packaging and formulation may change from time to time.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in a way that damages or disrupts the service for others.
